It's easy. Please follow the steps below.
Step 1: To reset your password to your giving partner account, click the “Forgot Password?” link on the main login page.
Step 2: Within the Reset Your Password screen, enter your email address used as your login ID, then click the “Send Email” button. An email with a reset password link will be sent to you.
Step 3: Once the email is received, click on the reset password link in the email and follow the prompts to reset your password.
