Resetting your account password is quick and easy. Please follow the steps below.
Step 1: From the main landing, click "Account Login" button to continue to the next step.
Note: To obtain the link for the main landing page, please directly contact the organization, project or individual you are supporting.
Step 2: Click the “Forgot Password?” link located just above the Log In button.
Step 3: On the "Reset Your Password" screen, enter your email address associated with your giving or prayer partner account. Then click the "Send Email" button. You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
Step 4: Click the 'reset password' link provided in the email, which will direct you to a password reset screen in your browser. Enter your new password and click the Submit button to complete the password reset process.
